Once the photos are fully edited, I will add them to a Pixieset gallery where the link will be emailed to you along with a password for personal access.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late to our photoshoot session will result time deducted from the total time allotted.

I usually have shoots back to back on most days which means that being late for one session will cause me to be late for the next. As a result, the next clients will have to wait which is unfair for them.

If you feel you would like more photos than your initial package after viewing your gallery, we can set up a Zoom call to review all the photos taken from your shoot.

For every additional photo, there will be a $15 fee.

You can expect the photos to be sent within 2-7 days depending on your package.

For the cancellation policy, I require at least a 3 day notice in advance in order to withdraw.

The 50% deposit however is non-refundable and can be used for a future shoot.

If there are any emergencies, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to make accommodations.

I do not send non-edited (RAW) photos for a few reasons. One of them is that I take around 300-600 photos an hour which makes it difficult to upload all of them. The file sizes are quite large and cannot be accessed unless you have the specialized software for photo editing.

Secondly, non-edited photos do not define my artistic abilities as they are not yet complete. Therefore, posting or using them for commercial or personal purposes may be harmful to my brand.

Lastly, the non-edited photos are usually dark or overexposed in order to retain information for post-processing thus they will appear unsaturated and have too much contrast/not enough contrast.
